Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 days in the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! God’s Label ships worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Q: How does your clothing fit?
A: Our pieces feature a modern, relaxed fit. For a more oversized look, size up. Refer to our size chart on each product page for guidance.

🔹 Exchanges
Q: Can I exchange my order?
A: Absolutely. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and tags are still attached.

A: Yes — 100%. God’s Label was founded on faith, led by purpose, and guided by biblical values. We exist to reflect Christ in all we do.
Q: What does “God’s Label” mean?
A: It means you’re already chosen, already loved, already marked by Christ. We simply make apparel to help you walk in that truth daily.
Shipping policy
All orders are prepped and shipped out of our location in Columbus, Ohio. Once an order is placed, you will receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. We ship with various carriers so most orders will arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, sometimes sooner.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted at this time. An exchange can be made on an item if it hasn't been worn and we are notified within 14 days of delivery.
Once the item is received, the new size will be sent.
